@Sandra97, might be an idea to add this to the Docs page (Database "Fix" only checks and run SQL queries that bring the DB schema to be up-to-date) Thus things that depend on them will not work: e.g. Installer will not have its installer plugins enabled (this is fixable with discover, etc) e.g.

After updating to Joomla 3.6.1 exactly as it was advised. Let's open an own thread as suggested above - this is very critical for me.
